If you are not one of those backward dark-skinned fanatics who want us all dead, you must be wondering... how can anybody hate us so much? They probably hate our guts because they don't have all our cool stuff, like freedom, prosperity and democracy. They are just jealous of our success. That must be it! We always act according to the values we represent, and have done nothing which could upset or hurt other people. One brief look at our history will convince even our most cynical critics that we are an exemplary nation.
